Our commitment

BLU University wants everyone to be able to use our website and programs, including people with disabilities.

Standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test our pages with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard, and we check that they work with screen readers and with reduced-motion settings.

Captions and media

Our website videos have captions. Sounds on the site only play when you click, never on their own, and you can turn them off with the “Sound” control at the bottom of every page.

Known limitations

• Some older videos on our site don’t have captions yet.
• Some older class videos in the student area don’t have captions yet. We are adding them.
• The student area, login and checkout are run by our course platform, Kajabi. We style them to match our site, but some parts are controlled by Kajabi and may not fully meet the standard.

If something doesn’t work for you, tell us and we will help you get the information another way.
