Refund Policy

Our policy

All sales are final. BLU University does not offer refunds.

This applies to tuition, payment plan installments and every other purchase, once payment is made. Please read the program details, ask admissions any questions, and make sure the program is right for you before you pay.

One exception:

• If we charge you by mistake, such as a double charge, we will refund the mistaken amount.

Payment plans

If you choose to pay in installments, the total price, each payment and the schedule are shown at checkout before you pay. A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full tuition. Stopping payments doesn’t reduce what you owe, and payments already made are not refunded. If a payment fails, your access may be paused until it is paid.

Billing questions

If you need to update your card or have a question about a payment, email support@bluuniversity.com from the email on your account. We’ll reply within 2 business days.
