Terms of Use

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply when you use blu.university, the student area at students.blu.university, and the programs of BLU University LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“BLU University”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or enroll.

Enrollment and accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to enroll. Students who are 16 or 17 may enroll with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for payment.
  • Applying does not guarantee admission. Our admissions team talks with every applicant to make sure the program is the right fit.
  • Your account is for you alone. Keep your login private and don’t share access to the classes. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • What the program is: BLU University is a non-accredited institution. It does not award academic degrees or college credit. Students on the certification track who complete all School of Business classes and required activities, and are approved by the School of Business Review Committee, receive a diploma, which is a certificate of completion.
  • Access: the School of Business program is designed to be completed in one year, and your access lasts two years from enrollment. You can ask for an extension at support@bluuniversity.com.
  • Live sessions, bootcamps, seminars and events are optional unless we say otherwise. Curriculum, schedules and instructors are subject to change.

Payments

  • Prices are shown before you pay. Tuition for the complete two-year enrollment is $25,000 unless a different price is shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by our course platform, Kajabi, and its payment partners.
  • Payment plans: you may be offered the option to pay tuition in installments. The total price, the amount of each payment, the number of payments and the schedule are shown at checkout before you pay. Choosing a payment plan is an agreement to pay the full total, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on that schedule until it is paid. A payment plan can’t be cancelled to reduce the amount you owe.
  • All sales are final. BLU University does not offer refunds, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid.

Course content and intellectual property

All classes, videos, workbooks, activities, templates, downloads and other materials are owned by BLU University or its instructors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and your own business while your access lasts. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish or teach the materials to others without our written permission. “BLU University”, the BLU crest and our logos are our trademarks.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • break the law or anyone’s rights using our site or classes;
  • share your login or let others watch your classes;
  • download, record or scrape our content, except where we provide a download;
  • try to get around our security, spam protection or payment systems;
  • harass instructors, staff or other students, or post anything abusive in live sessions or the community.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who does, without a refund.

Texts and calls

If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that BLU University may call and text you at the number you gave, including with automated technology and prerecorded messages, about our educational services. Consent is not required to enroll or to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

Disclaimers

  • Our classes teach business skills and strategies. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making those decisions.
  • We do not guarantee any income, business result or job. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market and many other things. Testimonials on our site are the real experiences of individual students and are not typical or guaranteed results.
  • The site and the classes are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can’t promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BLU University, its managers, staff and instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the site or the programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Escambia County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts. Before going to court, please contact us at info@bluuniversity.com so we can try to resolve it first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date, but changes to price or refund terms never apply to a payment you already made.
